Author Supervision
- Site visits - the timing and frequency are agreed upon and documented in the contract. Additional visits incur separate charges.
- Modifying the design project when necessary, with timely communication to the client.
- Refining working documentation, drawings, and addressing technical inquiries.
- Maintaining continuous communication with the construction company, offering guidance on new material usage.
- Keeping the client updated on work progress.
- Providing updates on material and equipment procurement status, including quality and delivery timelines.
- Ensuring precise alignment of the executed work with established plans.
